We’re just a week into Autumn this year! With the change of the weather comes the need to change our hair regimen.

Luckily for me, I live in Atlanta. Our Fall does not get as cold as other places in the US.

While it is not yet cold in Atlanta, the air is definitely getting colder around here. One of the things I like to focus on during this season is maintaining moisture in my hair.
