In an effort to accomplish all of the things on your to-do list, you may be disconnecting with those around you as well as yourself.

Me too! I caught myself trying to be successful at everything but being present in my life’s most precious moments the present. I found the practice of mindfulness back in 2011 and have experienced reconnecting moments over the course of 5 years.

Now I am on a mission to be consciously aware of my mindfulness daily.
